Account Manager

Angela has in-depth experience in construction and luxury retail management and is the right addition to our team that will offer value to improvements in the services offered to our clientele. With her understanding of what a client needs and the ability to bind projects, she makes a formidable team member whose strength is invaluable to both the team and your project.

Social Media Manager

Hannah brings a creative approach to our social media and marketing. She adds a new voice to our online presence, which highlights how we connect with our customers and how committed we are to craftsmanship. Hannah taps into the creativity and energy from her previous role as a school teacher working with Preferred Construction. On the weekends, you can find her and her husband spending time with her 3 kids in Knoxville.

LAUREN HALE
Administrative Manager

Lauren grew up in Maryville and now calls Knoxville her home, where she lives a happy, healthy life with her family. As the clients’ first point of contact, she uses her extensive background in customer service to delicately and efficiently juggle all aspects of the client’s journey while handling administrative duties to keep projects running smoothly. When she’s not working, you can find Lauren and her family hiking and camping.

From spearheading the right start-ups to driving successful business operations, Tim's leadership ensures there is an unwavering focus on quality and innovation in everything PC does. Together, Tim and Barb have decades of experience in renovation and remodeling.

Finance

Barb has used her sharp financial and operational management skills to be at the forefront of growth and development for various local contracting ventures. Barb and Tim teamed up together to establish Preferred Construction, where their desire is to make where you live feel more like home, bringing your visions to life.

Account Manager

Bill brings more than three decades of experience in technology and customer relations to the construction industry and our commitment to excellence in service. Bill joined the Preferred Construction team in 2021, ensuring clients are fully supported and getting the best service possible. Bill loves the outdoors, all sports Tennessee, and cooking on his Big Green Egg for his wife and two children.

Preferred Construction did great job on our two bathrooms, one in which we expanded the footprint. We are happy with the responsiveness, communication, conscientious of the workers. Bryant and the crew (Hose and Teo) were great in helping and guiding us to make decision on design, outlay, materials, and the changes needed to plumbing, electrical, and framing. On the 1st bathroom they expedited the schedule to be finished prior to the arrival of our family from out of country. Although, some minor redos and problems with the plumbers they worked to replace the contractor and redo work we requested. When the work was not to our satisfaction on small things they would redo.
